New developments
We design custom single-family homes and small developments. We handle the basic and detailed design, coordinate with the relevant professionals, and ensure everything is ready for permit applications and guaranteed construction.
Renovations and extensions
We renovate and extend homes, both entire properties and individual rooms, as well as commercial premises. We analyze the current state of the property and what is permitted by urban planning regulations (building area, setbacks, and height), define the layout and materials, draft the project plans, obtain the necessary permits, and manage the construction to ensure the final result matches the design.
Regularisations
We regularise buildings constructed without a permit or with an expired permit, including the recognition of their status as being assimilated to non-conforming use (AFO). We review your case, tell you if it's viable, and prepare the technical documentation to submit to the city council.
Planning permission and building regulations approval
We handle all the paperwork and procedures with the city council and other government agencies: building permit, responsible declaration, occupancy permit, and business license. We save you the hassle of running around and keep you informed every step of the way.
Supervision of Works
We oversee the execution to ensure the project meets the agreed-upon specifications, regulations, and quality standards. We visit the construction site, resolve any questions with the contractor, monitor deadlines and certifications, and keep you clearly informed of the progress.
Reports and valuations
We prepare technical reports and certificates: pre-purchase inspections, certificates of age, completion of construction, and occupancy, building assessment reports, and energy performance certificates. Useful if you are buying, selling, renting, or need to legalize a property.
